Manage rotating equipment MRO’s (through proper documentation e.g. QCP’s, BOM’s, Spares Management, data bases, etc).

Collaborate with OEM’s to enhance equipment performance (best practices).

Perform field surveys of rotating equipment assets to collect vibration data, perform analysis of the data to determine the condition of the equipment, and recommend corrective actions based on analysis of data.

Design and produce manufacturing drawings as per client’s request. (Conveyer systems, product development and solid modelling of existing drawings).

Developing of the MTBF spreadsheet for the equipment .

Understanding principles of rotating equipments components in general.

Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to industry (ASME VII/B16.5/B16.34, API, SANS, PER etc).

Development and implementation of maintenance strategy.

Project management .

Pipe, structural and vessel maintenance.

Management of repairs to statutory equipment through scoping, PRA’s, VRA’s, SRA’s, PSSR’s (all relevant documentation).

Sound knowledge of NDT techniques
